GDx- This instrument uses laser technology to detect areas of thinning in the retina around the optic nerve. Using this information we are able to diagnose glaucoma much earlier than was previously possible.

O.C.T. (Optical Coherence Tomography)- A computer generated image is produced to detect microscopic defects in the retinal tissue. It helps us detect and monitor diseases such as macular degeneration, macular holes and changes in the retina due to diabetes and high blood pressure.

Automated Visual Field Testing- These instruments are used to detect changes in the sensitivity of the retina. These changes can be caused by conditions such as glaucoma, strokes, tumors, aneurysms etc.

Optomap- Uses laser technology to provide a view of the inside of the eye that is 3 to 6 times larger than conventional methods. Studies show that this increases the Doctors' chance of detecting internal ocular health problems 2 to 3 times. The Optomap is quick and painless and in most cases eliminates the need for dilation.

 Corneal Topographer- Uses information gathered from 8000 points on the front surface of the eye to help the Doctors' detect diseases, fit contact lenses and provide data for Lasik surgery.

Autorefractor- Uses infrared light to obtain an estimate of a patient's spectacle prescription in a matter of seconds
